look for this

in the cake/sugar aisle ....usually a top shelf item.

It's right next to the Jello at most stores. The Knox brand box is white and orange.

I find that it stinks when mixed with water, if that matters.

It stinks because it's meat! Gelatin is the grosset thing ever. I wouldn't use gelatin or Jell-o in a cake even if I got paid!!
