HELP!!! I'm going to be trying the Crusting Cream Cheese Frosting tonight to make my daughter's birthday cake. But she wanted polka dots on it, so I thought I'd make Fondant circles and attach them to the frosting. I've never done this before. IS this even possible, and how do I do it!!!!

Welcome to Cake Central. It will work fine. just barely moisten the back of the fondant circles and they will stick to the cream cheese icing.
