Hey there.
Ok, these are one of my faves.
Cappuccino Crinkles
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1 TBSP instant coffee grains (or not)
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 egg whites
1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 cups flour
+ 1/4 cup sugar to roll in (the cookies, not you!!!
roll into balls, roll in sugar
bake at 350 for about 8 min.

ok. now i'm hungry for cookies. it's a sad day when all you've eaten is all the halloween candy!!! icon_biggrin.gif

I don't remember where the recipe came from, but they are yummy!
