How do I tint buttercream so it looks ivory/off white?
You can use regular vanallia, instead of clear that helps. You can get Ivory coloring add to your water then you will have the same color if you have to make more than one batch of icing.
I usually use almond extract, which is clear, so if I need ivory BC, I add just a DROP of yellow until I get the color I need.
I use the cheap brown vanilla instead of my usual clear vanilla. Since I luv vanilla and use a lot of it, it works great.
There is an ivory color (I know Country Kitchen makes it ) you can purchase if you can't get the right color. I've used a small amount of brown before (I mean small)
