Cake Bible Ganache Recipe Needed

Just moved recently and I still can't find my cake books, could someone look up the ganache recipe from the Cake Bible, I just need to know how much cream to how much chocolate!

Don't know if you've already gotten your answer but the resource says "usually equal weights of chocolate and cream". Also gives example: 4 (3 oz) bittersweet chocolate bars and 1 2/3 liquid cups of heavy cream. HTH
