Hello everyone, I am starting to plan for my friend's wedding cake in February and she is wanting a cake for 250 people. She wants a stacked square fondant covered wedding cake. What size pans should I use? I am nervous about this cake since I have never made anything bigger than an cake for 150. Any information/advice would be appreciated.

Thank you,

The wilton chart is a good one to use. 6-8-10-12-14 x 4" gives you 270 servings total, 252 if you take off the top.

The Wilton chart is the one I use to determine the number of servings. Here are a couple that I have done that is like what you are talking about.
