How far in advance can I make my fondant figures? My cake is due Saturday and I'd kinda like to get started on the figures soon.

TIA

I would start on them. they take a few days to dry.

You can do them a few weeks in advance no problem. Just need to store them in a cool dry place so light and dust do not get to them.

I'd start them now - even in the low humidity of colorado it takes days for mine to dry. Plus, starting now gives you more time to add/modify icon_smile.gif
