I tried using this at work today and it would not bake all the way through. The middle fell out completely uncooked after we took it out of the oven and the sides were beginning to burn. We had it on 350 with the doors open... any advice?

I always bake at 325 - especially those deep pans. I do like to put a flower nail in the center of the football pan. If the ends look like they're beginning to brown too soon, just cover them with pieces of foil for the remainder of the cooking time.

The one time I used this pan, I had it in another pan full of water and baked at 325°. It took a lot longer but was baked better.
