I'm about to make NFSC right now... can't wait after reading about and seeing such wonderful results. Do you use all purpose or cake flour?
yup...bleached or unbleached, it doesn't make a noticeable difference. Generally, if a recipe doesn't state a specific type of flour...it's all-purpose.
Thank you so much Antonia. As you'll see from my other post, my NFSCs didn't hold their shape. I did sift before and after. Maybe I sured weigh instead. Hoping the dough can be saved. Striving for perfection, Cheryl
