Im not sure, I know the lady in the pic design the cake, but have no clue, if she has a website or not. My mom sent the pic, and someone sent the pic to her.

Definately the 'bust' of the bride is polymer clay or similar -- NOT CAKE.
The cake is the rounds that make up the dress.

There is another post on here about this cake. I can't find it right now but I think it said that the bust was polymer clay. Whoever did it certainly has talent.
