Okay im booked this week i have to have a football cake delivered Thursday morning and a Halloween cake for Friday at noon.
I have them baked and there in the freezer I thought i would start on the Football cake tues take it out of the freezer when i come home i work a full time job as well, and then i would make the icing and decorate the sheet cake that the football will sit on, then Wed i could decorate the football cake and iceing the Halloween cake and finishe the halloween cake Thursday night Help i m overwhelmed, does this sound ok or will it be to far in the week to be fresh??? the halloween cake will have a lot of detail to it it has to ooze,

I think that sounds fine...a cake is usually OK for a few days especially once it is covered in icing..
I work full-time and when I have more than one cake due within a day or two, I make a list of "to do"...it keeps me on track and it is less overwhelming..
