Okay im booked this week i have to have a football cake delivered Thursday morning and a Halloween cake for Friday at noon.
I have them baked and there in the freezer I thought i would start on the Football cake tues take it out of the freezer when i come home i work a full time job as well, and then i would make the icing and decorate the sheet cake that the football will sit on, then Wed i could decorate the football cake and iceing the Halloween cake and finishe the halloween cake Thursday night Help i m overwhelmed, does this sound ok or will it be to far in the week to be fresh???
