I"m in need of a recipe for an Apricot Cake of some sort....I found one in the recipes called Apricot Brandy Pound Cake, can someone tell me if I could use that to make a 11X15 cake? or does someone have a great recipe to share that I can use a Apricot Mousse filling with???
