Hi you all !!

I want to know how long I have to wait to decorate my cookies once I get them out from the oven. I'am short of time. I will use Antonia74 RI. This will be my second time working with cookies. The first ones were a hit and I got another other.

Thanks for your help, Chicas! thumbs_up.gif

I decorate them as soon as they are cool, which takes almost no time at all. The first batch is cool enough by the time the 2nd or 3rd batch comes out of the oven. (But I do all the baking first, then clean up, then decorating).

Thank you, Indy! I noticed there is a tutorial from Antonia74 and I just read it. It help me a lot.

My problem it is the humidity in my country and I would like to short the time the cookies are exposed. The cookies get too soft and I have to keep them wrapped.
