Has anyone ever made banana-flavored MMF, with Lorann oils or any other flavoring? If so, how was it?

Thought about making this for my DS' third birthday cake ... he loves banana ... and making a cake with the vanilla caramel creamer. Mmmm ....

I would add banana extract to it rather than an oil. The oil will change the consistancy of it and extract wont.
