I bought a 10 lb bucket of fondant, which I've opened. I was supposed to use it on a cake for an event that ended up getting cancelled.
So now I have this bucket. I've been slowly nibbling at it (because I realy like the taste) but I am wondering if I can store it for a long time, and how? Should I cut it into smaller pieces and wrap or leave as one big bucket?
i have a 20lb bucket in my kicthen with my supplies. if it is sealed up well it will be fine for at least 6 months (there is an expiration sate i belive)
