I have an order for a white or yellow ice cream cake with strawberry ice cream! I have only done chocolate before. I will be making the cake from scratch- does anyone have any good recipes for this or techniques???
I was thinking of doing a pound cake because I am worried about it drying out when it freezes. Has anyone tried this before???
