If possible I would like to avoid merengue powder and use something similar to the Wilton Pour or Toba's Glace.... I want to put it on cookies made with tea and want to keep the tea flavor going.... Thanks. icon_smile.gif

You could use strongly brewed, cold tea, but your icing will be brownish

or you could use green tea powder, but your icing would be green.

Yes, I guess the icing would be tan/brown. I also thought about using instant tea.... Just looking for some ideas, thanks.

Now I am thinking cookie with tea flavor and very subtle lemon flavor in icing.
