I posted yesterday that I was doing a football stadium cake for my nephew's birthday party. I am beginning to think that this is not such a good idea. This cake is bad luck!!

I use the Wilton Class recipe -
1 cup Crisco
2 TBSP water
16 oz. 10x confectioner's sugar
1TBSP Meringue Powder
this makes stiff icing - use 1 more TBSP for medium, and 2 more TBSP for thin...

2 tablespoons of meringue powder
1 bag of 2 lb confectioner sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of butter or almond extra or whatever flavor you want
4 tablespoons of water for stiff consistency
to adjust consistency use:
6 tablespoons for medium
8 tablespoons for thin
