Paramount Crystals are shredded Paraffin Wax. I took candy making many years ago (in the 80's) and our instructor told us to use the Paraffin Wax if we couldn't find Paramount Crystals. Just shred some and throw a little at a time into your chocolate. It sure is a lot less expensive. Good luck! Hope this helps.
