Okay, so I have read the directions on how to put a photo image on the cake but it doesn't say if I wait until the icing crusts before I apply the the image or if I apply it immediately after icing the cake......waiting on a response before I start icing. TIA!!!!!

Ice the cake and apply the image before the icing crusts. The moisture in the icing is what makes the image "stick" and blend into the icing.
