Found a great diagram.... but need ideas for the fur. I would like to use fondant, but am thinking buttercream would give a better effect. any suggestions on what to use? I don't have a piping tip for fur or grass.... could go pick one up. Would a sugar/clay gun work for piping fur out of fondant? And how do you make it stick to the cake??
Any help will be greatly appreciated. cake is for Tuesday.... changed themes on me at the last minute because the Cubs lost (BOO!)

p.s. did you know that Cookie Monster now snarfs VEGETABLES on Seasame Street?? Blashphemy!!!

hi! Just made an Elmo cake and used tip 233 for the fur. IT was great, since it was hot and humid that day, all of the fur didn't have to be perfect and even! I would recommend it.

Where did you get the directions for the Cookie? Would love to have them! icon_smile.gif
