I've read on different posts about "letting the fondant dry" - but I'm not sure how to do that. I've rolled some balls and made a flag to top my carnival cake (I put the flag on a lollipop stick for a flag pole). They're all sitting very nicely on a wax paper covered cookie sheet. Do I put them in the fridge or freezer? Or just leave them out somewhere to air dry?
