Regarding the Wilton paste food colors: Which color would be closest to, say, a Christmas gold?

I somehow thought there was gold and silver food coloring but haven't found any yet...

Thanks!

I use yellow coloring, then add black a tiny bit at a time to get the color gold I want. I do this alot at graduation time, as a lot of schools here are black and gold colors.

there's also the gold in the winnie the pooh color set ... it's a nice shade, a little darker than the golden yellow

I mix golden and lemon yellow together until it's the color I want. A dot of brown wil darken it without turning it greyish.

Good luck!
