Hi,
I am new to CakeCentral.com, what a great web site! I recently moved to Bristol Tennesse and I am looking for a gum paste class in Knoxville ... can anyone help me? Many thanks!

Not sure about Tennesee, but there's lots in Atlanta.

I was hoping there would be a class a little bit closer to our home, but it would be a great reason for a family vacation! 
I just finished my Wilton III class and thought this would be the next best step in my cake decorating career.

A lot of us have to travel to get additional training. Also check with your local cake supply stores and cake clubs (or those in the nearest big town).
