I signed up for Wilton Course III at our local Michaels store, but they didn't give me a syllabus for class........does anyone know what types of icing / fondant is needed for the 1st class? Are we supposed to bring a cake??? Thanks a lot, I don't want to show up unprepared! icon_smile.gif

It partly depends on the instructor. Maybe you can ask to store for more info?

If not, I would take a small cake and icing just to be safe.

definately call your store and ask.

It does vary from instructor to instructor.

Thanks for your posts......I called the store & the "kid" I talked to didn't have a clue. Guess I'll just take a few cups of stiff BC & a cake.
