I did a search on this but wasn't able to find anything. Can you use the liquid coffee mate in a cake mix? If so how much and what adjustments need to be made...or if someone can point me in the direction of the link I would be ever so greatful.

Thx

Irene

I usually just sub out 1/2 of the liquid (usually water in a cake mix) with the creamer and it turns out great icon_smile.gif

I also sub half of the water with the creamer and it turns out great.

What would be the guideline for the powdered creamer? Or is that better used in the frosting?

Powdered creamer usage per cake mix is: 2-3 Tbsp.
