You did a wonderful job! Very detailed. I'm sure you will get more orders. How much would you charge for somthing like that??
Congratulations....your cookies look very delicated and cute...
You must have take much time...but it´s compensated
Sherry you did a wonderful job. I will be doing some of these for my niece's bridal shower and need all the inspiration I can get. Such good designs. What type of recipe did you use?
Dru
These cookies are gorgeous. Very unique. Did you also do a cake or were the cookies the 'main event'?
Dru....I used just a basic sugar cookie recipe. I add different flavorings to change it up sometimes. Everyones favorite seems to be the cinnamon flavor. I just add 2 tsp of cinnamon to the recipe.
For the "diamond" on the ring I used wilton's cake sparkles. I used luster dust on the bands after the icing dried.
I do sew and my daughter would love for me to make her wedding dress AND the cake when she gets married.....which isn't in the near future....
I am making a cake for the same Bridal shower....it will be the main event.
I just finished baking it and will decorate it tomorrow.
The bride's colors are latte and silver and she wants the cake to look like a package.
I will post a picture when it's finished.

the cookies were beautiful. and that gave me an additional idea for my granddaughters princess party. I'm getting excited about this party myself because i get to practice. can't wait to see the picture of the cake
you go girl.
They are so professionally looking, great job. Can't wait to see the picture of the cake too.
Beautiful!!
I'm doing some wedding cake cookies this weekend, so now I have some ideas! Can you tell me where you got the dress cutter and what size it is?
Thanks!
I don't remember the site. I had to get a copper one to get what I wanted and they are expensive.
Look under copper cookie cutters.
If you don't find it let me know and I will look up the site when I get home from work....gotta go

Thank you. I did find it, unfortunately, they're just to expensive. I live in Canada, so by the time I make the currency exchange and add shipping, it's just too much.
But thanks anyways. You did a lovely job!!

I love your cookies! I have a quick question. Your royal icing looks so smooth. Did you outline the cookie first and then use a flow in method or did you do another method to get it looking this beautiful?
cupcakes...yes, I out lined then did a flow in. I usually leave it a little thick. It looks nicer when I do that.
Sherry
beautiful cookies! My daughter is getting married and wants me to do favor cookies, I can't wait to show her your cookies!
