I'm wondering if anyone out there has any experience using PermaIce to make a dummy cake? From what I've read it is more durable than Royal Icing and never fades or yellows, but is more expensive.
For anyone that has used it, do you recommend the product and is there anything I need to know about this products ups and downs?
