Does anyone know where to find or how to make Pollen dust for Gumpaste flowers? I have seen this used in a couple of different books but can't find it anywhere. Looks more grainy than petal dust.

You can also use yellow gumpaste, then brush with gum glue and roll in gelatin. It has a finer grainy look to it.

I have heard of using semolina, corn meal and coffee grounds. You add color to the semolina for the color needed as pollen. I would assume that you could use straight dusting powder as well if that was the look you needed. All of the items can be ground finer if needed for the flower. I am by no means an expert but these are items I have either used in a class or have heard others say they use. Good luck.
