My twin daughters will be turning 1 year old tomorrow and I am making the cake for their birthday party Saturday. I have racked my brain, but can't think of anything cute to make.
I don't like "theme" cakes, like Dora or Sesame Street.
What I would like to do is make a cake for the guests and then little individual cakes for the babies that coorespond to the main cake.
My husband suggested a bee hive and make little bee's for the girl's cakes, but I would like something more girly.
Any idea's would be great. I know how to do MMF, Gumpaste and want to try color flow...so I am open for suggestions!
Thank you!!

There is a really cute gift boxes cake at elegantcheesecakes.com. It's for two year old twins and is really cute! It's either under birthday or newest cakes.

What about two 3D bears and then 2 mini bears for the girls?
I made a 3D bear in a high chair for my daughter's 1st birthday the picture is in photos if you would like to see it. The base was a 16" square and we had PLENTY of cake left over so I just gave it to the guests to take home.
