I have the Elmo face cake pan. And I have the directions, but no where does it give me an appox. number of servings. I read somewhere on lne that it serves approx 25, but that just doesn't seem right. It doesn't seem big enough. Does anyone know if that is right? Thanks

when I make a character pan cake I usually tell people that it will serve approximately 15 people. This is for an unfilled 1 layer cake. I feel people will take a larger piece of cake if there is no filling. I usually underestimate the number of servings when I tell my customers.. then I can be reasonably sure they will have more than enough cake.

Well that makes much more sense than 25. Thanks.

On my Wilton catalog it says that it serves 12 approximately.
