I have a large amount of orders for Red Velvet cake, and need a large amount, like a gallon of red food color. Does any one know where I can find it in bulk?

If I have a lot of red velvet cakes to make what I do is use my americolor gels. Ok, my recipe calls for 2oz of red coloring. So I fill up my measuring cup with 2oz of water then add a few drops of gel color until about the color of the red you get at the store.

Works quick, easy, and it's not as much red, but you still get that great read color.
