I am about to make a cuddly bear cake for my son's first birthday and the instructions from the wilton book say to use the wilton's premade store bought chocolate icing. Do I have to use that icing or can I use something else? I don't really like the way it tastes or the consistency of it once it dries. Any suggestions for another icing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

You can use any icing you like! They're just trying to sell their product.
