I don't know about a specific place, but here in the states, most natural, organic or health food stores carry it. Good place to start, anyway.

I'm not sure about where to find white butter...but I know in Quebec all margarine is white....they are not allowed to sell yellow margarine here lol

we dont have white butter, but I beat butter in an electric mixer and it turns white anyway.
