Karen's Cookies has a couple of templates for cookie boxes for individual cookies. I've made a couple and it's nice to be able to pick coordinating paper(plus use up my never used scrapbooking paper!)

You can definitely use the templates on my site or here on CC-- But if you have a lot to do and don't want to go to that much trouble, CK Products carries one that it similar in size to the template I have on my site. I haven't seen any that have the flap on them like the CBD ones. I wish I could find them-- I've looked and looked.
