I have orange, strawberry, and chocolate cake scraps. Is there anything I can do with them besides cake balls?

You could use them in trifle-layer the cake scraps with fruit and whipped cream.

Hello
You can also try making cake balls (aka cake truffles or bonbons);
or use them in a bread pudding recipe;
if you have large pieces left, slice on a diagnal, place on a cookie sheet & put in a 250 degree oven till just turning golden; flip over and repeat with other side.
Serve as biscotti.

enjoy
ciao

You could feed them to the neighbors cat with lots of extra icing and watch him run circles around their house...It would be cheap entertainment with a cup of cocoa and a bowl of popcorn...
