One of the cakes in my photos has "gerber daisies" on it. I took the smaller daisy cutter, which I believe I got in Course III, and layered two regular layers. The third layer I cut each petal in half. For the center I cut it out with a round tip and then textured it with a tiny metal strainer. Don't know if they are correct in their looks but it was my best effort. HTH

These are really nice cutters for making Gerbera's, they vein the petals at the same time they cut them. Scroll to the bottom, sunflower/daisy cutter in two sizes and I like both but the large one is quite large.
