I don't know if this will help in this case or not, but I use this page for translating foreign recipes and such that I find on the web.

http://babelfish.altavista.com/

In most cases, I can get enough translated so I can figure out most of the recipe and go from there.

I believe it´s an Albanian recipe. icon_lol.gif

Good luck with the translation. When I read earlier in the post that it was Italian I went to check it out to see if I could help. I´m Spanish and Italian is very close but no luck.

For syrup:

It is the most lovely cake i have ever eaten, although im sure it wont be as good when i make it!!!!!

It is like a very very soft sponge kind of cake with a kind of meringue/cream filling and topping then with fresh fruits on top and crushed nuts rolled around the edge!!! yummy!

If you search on google then go to the images search it brings loads up if you want to see a pciture!!!! To see them you need to type in Pan di spagna, the pictures dont come up with the albanian spelling!
