I am planning to make my mother a pina colada cake for her birthday. I will probably do a sheet cake and decorate it. I am trying to figure out what kind of frosting would be good. I have always wanted to try IMBC. Would it work on this cake? Does anyone have any other ideas?

I think that sounds good. I love IMBC. I think cream cheese BC would also be good with pina colada cake.
