Meaning, what's the good substitute for xanthan?? I really don't recall... but I am sure if you google it you can track down the info...maybe on Wikipedia? I think I came across it a few times when reading recipes, people would state that they just used xyz gum instead. It might even be in the comments section of that yellow cake recipe on AllRecipes...?
