I am in the process of decorating a full sheet cake...2 12 x 18's and I'm wondering what i should charge...Everything is made from scratch...cake and icing...one other thing to consider is that the cake has to be taken a little more that 2hrs where I am located....please help....what would be a decent price considering the circumstances.....

Thank you in advance

From all the responses I have gotten with this question. This is all I can think of to tell you.. Try to break down all your costs. Figure out exactly how much your spending on 1 cake that size. Then multiply that by 2 and that is what you should charge for one cake.. Hope this helps! Good Luck!

I think brainsbaker makes a good point...you definitely need to break down how much it costs you to make it. After that...you need to consider your time and how much decorating is involved. From what you described...I think I would charge somewhere between 80.00-100.00. I usually charge 50.00 for 1 12x18 cake. Hope that helps! icon_smile.gif
