I need your help with this.
I have to attach my royal icing petunias on fondant covered cake. So my question is that do I use BC or Royal Icing to attach them on the cake?
I have to save this cake for ICES convention on this month end and also have to do travel with this cake so need some strong solution.

You will have to use royal icing -- the shortening in the buttercream will break down the royal after a few hours. Good luck and post pictures!
