Lassi is a traditional Indian drink made from buttermilk with a little bit of salt added to it.
Nam pla is fish sauce that is widely used in Thai cooking.

Yep it is LOL it is a Swedish dessert using cottage cheese. It is kind of a cheesecake of sorts and then topped with fruit preserves
