Every time I try to add a photo from the gallery to my favorites it goes to a blank page that says... Duplicate Entry '8388603' for key 1?

There must be a glitch I noticed it too in the last hour, try posting in the web site's technical difficulties forum.

It's been doing that to me all day today too. I thought it was my computer acting up. At least now I know I'm not the only one having this problem.

I tried to save 4 cakes today, but kept on receiving the same message. I hope the problem will be fixed soon.

I'm having the same problem, and the Technical Support and Bugs forums are both locked to new posts.

I know Heath and Jackie are working on the upgrade, so perhaps it's just temporary.....

But I'm like you - LOTS of great photos are getting past me!!

oh thank goodness It's not just me.. glad I seen this thread... will have to go back and save to favs after it's fixed.

until the problem is fixed you can always right click & save to your computer with the decorator's name added to it--that's what i've done. by adding their name, i know who decorated the cake.

oh ya, click on the picture as always & then do it, if not it will save a little picture.

i've learned that i can organize better this way too

I thought it was just me too. I've been searching for specific ideas all day, and have many cakes I've wanted to save for inspiration... but can't. I hope it's fixed soon.

I have been having this problem since last night. I'm glad it isn't an issue with my computer. I thought it might be something on the site, but you just never know.

I'm sure they'll fix it as quickly as they can.
