Okay, I posted a couple of days ago what BC would tasted better, and I've decided to go with the almond. My question is, what filling would be good for this cake that is not a fruit filling? Most of my family don't like fruit filling and I was looking for something that would taste wonderful without having to use the BC. I thought about doing half of it with fruit filling just so they can try it, just not sure. Thanks for any advice.

I've done it with chocolate mousse, which is pretty good!

I often make it with the twinkie filling especially for larger groups where you will get a lot of taster variance and everyone seems to just love it.

Yes it is the same as what is in twinkies... There are two versions in the recipe section here. I use the one that uses marshmellow fluff.
