Hi all! I am making a 10" layer cake, and an 8" layer cake. I am going to try Toba's fondant recipe for the first time. How many batches do you think I'm going to need?

I'd do two. I hate to have to scrimp when I'm rolling out because I just get stressed! Anyway you'll have plenty left but you can always save it for the next cake.
edited to add I guess you dont need this info anymore since it's over a month since you posted the question...how many did you end up using?
