sillywabbitz, I didn't know they did one in North Texas. I'll have to look into it, but won't be able to do it this year. This year I've decided instead of going to the ICES convention, I'm using the money I would have spent there, on my house. I'm redoing two bedroom, and my dining room. Decided to focus more on getting things in order at home and to make an attempt to save money. I'm hoping next year I'll be able to do a cake show somewhere, but for now, I know my focus needs to be at home.

Is it an every year or every other year thing? I noticed the 2009 show on the website?

It's every other year so the next one will be in 2013.
