ARe the canon printers the only ones that can be used to do the edible images? Thanks.

I am sure that there are other printers that use edible ink. I have always heard canon printers are recommended. I got a lot of information from lisa...you could always PM her.

I believe for the home use the edible ink cartridges only fit with the cannon printers. Check kopykake.com.

Also the paper must feed through the top of the printer. You can also check tastyfotoart.com.

Yes...this is because the edible ink cartridges were designed to work with canon bubblejet printers. If you're looking to buy, try the iP1500 or the iP3000

Kopykake recomends the i-560 $229.85 at Amazon and the i-3000 which is about $89.99. Tastyfotoart has a good deal for $209.oo for th1 i-3000.

I think Amazon is one of the best places to buy too. It has the iP1500 for $45
