Core For 3D Cake

I'm having trouble getting the cake out of my heating core. I used the Wilton cake release. Any ideas

Sorry, can't help with that, but have you tried using an inverted flower nail instead of the core??

I always grease and flour the inside and outside of the core. That should help.
